Celeste has a thin body and pale skin. Her hair is black in the shape of two drill pigtails, her eyes a deep red and also has golden earrings, as well as black nail polish.
Celeste's iconic Gothic Lolita-style consists of a white blouse with a collar, a black jacket with white ribbon down her sleeves, accompanied by a ribbon across her chest showing her red tie with a butterfly pattern and the waist of her skirt.
She also wears knee high stockings, trimmed in ladder lace, red high heels with a thick heel, a silver finger ring on her index finger and a white lace headpiece.

Possessing the ability to manipulate those around her with ease, Celeste is the Ultimate Gambler for a reason; being cold, collected and cunning. She is also fairly intelligent; her manipulative and coercion skills in Chapter 3 showing this as she is able to deceive the majority of the students up until the Trial. Her intelligence is also shown through the previous trials, as she is able to bring up vital points to arguments with ease.
She is also very ambitious, as she states she is willing to do anything it takes to win, and is ready as to go as far as murdering and manipulating others in cold blood. She is also extremely selfish, stating that she has no problem sacrificing others to save herself. She also has a lot of pride, never giving up as long as there is even a slight chance of victory. Though, when she's about to lose and there is no way out, she calmly accepts it.
Celeste speaks softly and smiles quite often, which tends to creep out those around her. She usually uses polite language but when her short-temper reaches its limit when something fails to go as she expects, and goes into a state of shouting rude and vulgar language, for example when Hifumi fails to make her royal milk tea as she likes it.
She also aims to be like European royalty, by wearing Lolita clothing, changing her name to sound European and speaking with an accent. Her strict and spoiled nature also helped to emphasis this. She often seems to make up stories of her life as "Celestia Ludenberg" as well.

Celeste's relationship with Hifumi mainly consists of her bossing him around. The main example of this is when Hifumi makes Celeste tea, only for her to throw the cup to the floor, demanding he only make her a certain type of milk tea. This is later taken to the extent of her manipulating Hifumi into killing Taka with the promise of escaping the school together, by utilizing his love for Alter Ego to frame Taka. However, upon Hifumi completing what Celeste asked, she backstabbed him and pinned all the blame onto Hiro.

Grand Bois Chéri Ludenberg is Celeste's pet cat. She enjoyed his company and spoiled him, and was most likely going to bring him to her dream mansion. He was also her captive, making him the closest thing to her. This shows that Celeste didn't care for any one else, her possible family included.
