So I think I read somewhere that I'm supposed to write a treatise about myself. I suppose that it's so you think you will know me better. How do you know that I'm telling the truth? How...Do...You...KNOW!!!
Over that bit of anxiety? Good! XD On to the questions at hand
I've been playing D&D on and off since high school. Back when we walked uphill, in a foot of snow, a mile to the bus stop, yadda yadda yadda... Honestly, though, I remember when we used to keep D&D a secret because the 'rents would get VERY upset with anything to do with roleplaying. Except if you were a little girl playing with a barbie (and growing up to be a bubble-headed...*cough*....sorry, off-track).
More recently I have been involved as several characters on a persistent RP world based on the Neverwinter Nights game (yeah, so I'm old).
I love fantasy settings, traditional D&D, anything that incorporates traditional Celtic folklore, the Star Trek universe, Medieval fantasy, etc. If you need a fae or a druid...I'm your girl
I like to do to Medieval Re-enactment and belong to a worldwide group of people who do it too! It's history without the lice and plagues. I study (sort of) the correlation between medieval medicine and current medicine. I love to read. I am currently playing through (again) a modded version of Skyrim SE and Fallout 4. I play Sims4. I read tarot cards occasionally for friends. I do other stuff too, but no one cares about that.
One of my friends asked me if I did RP by text. She suggested that I should. Also, I'm disabled and tend to be bored with a lot of my time.
I am owned by 3 cats and have 2 dogs living with us. And a hubby...he doesn't like it if I call him a pet though, oddly. Oh, and my mom and step-dad just moved in. Whew!
My hair is the color of seaweed and sand, with a little bit of Carribean sea thrown in. My cat Loki is actually Loki--he is incognito and being punished by Odin for being overly tricksterly about something or other--he won't say. He thinks Tom Hiddleston is a punk. I majored in nursing in college but I have enough classes to have a minor in English though a minor wasn't offered with my degree,
