Another friendly reminder that my dad's friend, who was in no way musically inclined or Australian, brought a didgeridoo to his house and attempted to play it for my dad and it was really bad, and my dad just looked at him and said, "Didgeridoo not do that again" LMAO
A reminder that one time I bragged to my dad (as a young teen or tween) I could sing metal and he went, yeah, let's hear it, and I, a sweet little innocent thing, busted up in a perfect rendition of growly screaming vocals from a show I was watching at the time. I wasn't expecting it. He wasn't expecting. My stepmum certainly wasn't expecting it. It was beautiful
