my name is mandy and im 21 years old, i prefer she/they pronouns. i live in the united states, very much upstate (basically canadian tbh). i was on this website before, but deleted my account as i never used it very much because i had a hard time navigating the site. but im willing to give it another shot, so im here now!
ive been roleplaying on and off for about 10 years now, writing has always been a passion of mine so it only makes sense! i enjoy creating stories with others, it's my favorite. ive been told my writing style is akin to lemony snicket, and i take it as a compliment 💁🏻‍♀️ i do para to multi para roleplays mostly, but if im really invested i can even do novella style! as far as themes and plots go, anything slasher/horror/thriller is my jam. but i also like to sprinkle some romance in, as im a total hopeless romantic 🖤 i generally do 1x1 roleplays as group roleplays make me anxious. that's all i can think of for an intro, though.

The last time I've roleplayed was probably back when I was in the gotham fandom and I've been rping since I was a kid, I guess? But then I stopped since I didnt have any one to rp with
I enjoy good gritty thriller/crime/romantic/gore/fantasy...actually a lot of genres work for me as long as I can have murder and fights in it with magic involved
I wanted to get back into rping again! Maybe find some friends too!

I was recently thinking back to those Warrior Cats RP forums that are no longer available, but I wanted to start roleplaying again and came across this :) its been many years since I roleplayed, so I'm hoping to get back into it as I've taken a more serious approach to literature and reading the past few years. Hello all! I've been an avid reader and writer since I was about 12 years old. I grew up passing paper back and forth with a few friends, RPing paragraphs at a time instead of paying attention in history class. I moved to forums for role-playing when they became popular, and have recently moved to Role play servers on games and discord servers. I'm very much a fan of world building and fantasy settings, so I prefer original worlds as opposed to fandoms. I love collaborative story development and character interactions. I also prefer gritty, darker plots over carefree fun and glory. I look forward to hopefully finding a few people that click with what I'm looking for!

I have been roleplaying in various forms for almost 8 years. I have LARP'ed, done DND and other tabletops, Vampire the Masquerade, you name it, I have probably done it.

I am interested in just about any genre, as long as the basis of the story intrigues me and keeps my attention. My mind tends to wander a fair bit.

My hobby's include sewing, art, LARP, and cooking.

I was looking for an RP fix and heard about RPnation while doing a google for RP boards. Lets see if it scratches that itch!
 
Helloo i’m Jo(e) and i’ve been a big fan of role playing since roughly 2008, and have only fallen more in love. I am a little rusty nowadays, but very eager to get back into it! I googled rp forums and clicked the first one I saw to be honest.
I enjoy rping with OCs over fandom, but I will try my best if we have mutual fandoms! I draw on occasion and will probably draw out scenes in rps lol

I've written on DevArt Chat, Skype, Tumblr, and Discord, but it's my first time ever on forum rp. Something about it has intimidated the hell out of me for all these years... but my friend recommended this place, so I guess now is a great time to start! ^_^

I've dabbled in modern, sci-fi, horror, historical, and supernatural plots. Post-apoc/zombie apoc has been my forte for quite a while, but I'm absolutely open to trying something new! I look forward to writing with the lovely people here.
