Hey gamers, I’m scythe-blade, I used to do amino app rps but, I decided to try something different, I’m pretty decent at one on one rps, but I can do group rps as well, the only characters I’ve ever made turn out to be literal trash, but I think I made a pretty good one so I just re-use it a lot. Yeah, I know, I roll critical fails for creativity...anyways pm me if you wanna rp or talk or something :P thx for reading this

Hi! I have done RP here and there and I find it very fun to do, with a good plot of course. I mainly like to do action, adventure, mystery, and maybe a little romance. I hope to do RP's for Voltron and Miraculous because those are my top two shows and I love the characters. Outside of Rping I write and read constantly and someday hope to become a published author. I decided to join RP Nation because I thought it would be fun to try, so here I am!!!

Hey there!

I haven't been roleplaying in a very, very long time, but I used to love it back in High School and spent most of my free time on it. A couple of years ago, I joined a few different forums, in which some of my old RP friends were still active, and tried to get back into it, but it just didn't stick with me. I don't know what it was. The genre, the atmosphere, something else... I also couldn't get excited about my characters anymore, and I really want that back. Writing was such a massive part of my life at some point I want to give it another try.

One thing I must admit is I am not a native speaker, and even though my English is pretty good, it is not perfect. I'll try my best, but at the end of the day, you have to be okay with me making mistakes. I don't mind if you call them out or give me advice, however.

I hope I can be a part of this big community and find some people, who are willing to give this rusty roleplayer a chance ^_^
 
Hello all, I suppose I'll jump right out and say I'm sort of not too well at introductions so here goes..

My name is Miriah ( sounds like muh-rye-uuuuh) some people call me Riah, I prefer Monster or the original birth name will suffice as well. I used to role-play a lot on another site called Heatherbrewer and I was very active on that site but life happened. Anyways, I missed writing and have tried to find other role-playing sites such as the previous one and I think I found the place I had been looking for. I love to write and read what others have written, I love the creativity of others and I hope to get back into role-playing and writing in general as much as I had before..

Hello my name is anathena, I am confused about your rules for example in one section you state nobody can advertise yet you have an offsite advertising area that completely contradicts your main rule so I don't misunderstand your said rule. I don't wanna break your rules by accident I would like an explanation to figure out what the difference between the no ad rules and the offsite advertising stuff so I can abide by your rules to the best of my ability and try to recruit people to our website without interfering with your community Directly. This usually works better if a staff member explains it to me, furthermore I am kind of a noob here so please mentor me lol ,sincerely, Anathena

Welcome to the forums!

The 'No advertisements' rule applies, for example, to commercial sites, dating sites, or sites that contain adult content and so on.
You can advertise your roleplays if they are hosted elsewhere (another site, discord, tumblr etc), but only if they still comply with our general rules and recruitment rules and only in designated area, which is called Off-Site Ads. As a new user, you won't get access to it immediately. You can engage with the community, participate in discussions, and you'll gain access to it soon enough.
Please be sure to check out the rules before you invite people to your roleplay site. If you have any questions about them don't hesitate to make a thread in Staff Contact and we'll explain in more detail!
 
Hello RPN. My name is Mocha and I had recently joined the site (as you can tell). I'm an avid RPer that has been roleplaying since circa 2002 and my first startoff was from chatrooms back in the day when I was younger (and the internet was on the rise). My noted style of writing involves paragraphs even sometimes reaching to novella levels but I'm not foreign to script RPing as well.

My interests within a RP involve angst, fluff, horror, suspense, mystery, historical, supernatrual, science fiction, fantasy, adventure, dark themes and so forth; I'm actually very flexible in terms of adjusting to what is needed in an RP. I love crossovers as well as AUs and what if scenarios and also, I have alot in terms of different franchises to work with, just ask me. Outside of RP, I love to draw, listen to music, play video games, write and other things in my sparetime. I'm pretty active online but I take breaks every once and then to refresh myself and return to normal routine.

On why I join RPN is because I love storytelling, meet new people and make new friends. Of course, I'm a little shy at first but I open up in due time and can be a little loud but that's just me, though, I'm very random and often would throw things in for a loop. It's funny.

Another thing, if I wrote about my pets, we'll be here all day or night, so two truths and one lie it is! *ahem* My namehandle, Mocha, is a reference to chocolate though my favorite chocolate is dark chocolate, I stay up late because I am a night owl and Bubsy is my favorite game character of all time.

I've been roleplaying for about seven years now and write fiction in my spare time, and am mostly interested in fantasy, sci-fi, and fandom RP. I've never joined a site specifically for RP, though, so that's very new to me! I'm excited to be here. :)
 
Hello! My name is Mira and I am new here, as you can see. 😂

I have been roleplaying since 2015. I believe that I will be hitting my five-year mark somewhere in November. Hexrpg is where I started off, but the roleplay part of the website began to die down. I wanted to find a website that was mainly for roleplaying and not just had RP as a small part of it. The main genres I love to roleplay are fantasy, romance, and Sci-Fi. I always find myself creating plots within these genres a lot, and it's really fun to make unique characters for the plots as well. That's something I really love about roleplay: making characters. I think that it is fun creating different backstories and personalities, as well as adding little twists and quirks to them.

Outside of RP, I am a dancer. I have been dancing for about 9-10 years, and I love it. I'd have to say that my favorite dance genre is contemporary.

I have one dog and her name is Nochu. Funny story, I named her after my favorite member in a boy band. 😂 I'm honestly a big geek. She is a Labrador Retriever mixed with German Shepard and I love her so much.
