Technology is semi-advanced in this roleplay. While there are no floating cars or any of that. There are things such as holograms and special energy-based guns.

Weapons that the Vanguard use are even more powerful than regular energy-based weapons that authorities use as they are exposed to the same Rift that Vanguards were exposed to, temporarily.
Melee weapons would also be proven useful as some can be used to swing and release ranged projectile attacks or even cut through Infernos/Aberrants with ease...reminder, these are melee weapons that are used by the Vanguard only.

Ohh I see, well then I'm very interested in this roleplay, I'll be looking forward to partaking in it if he slots are not full.

Hellohello!! I'm verrry interested but was just wondering, do you have any age restrictions/requirements for the roleplayers? I'm 17 and know that a handful on RpN don't like having -18 folk around, which is why I'm asking ^^

Hmm. I'm interested in creating two characters. One humanoid and speaking Aberrant and one Vanguard captain. If you like my ideas I can join the Discord.

Rough ideas:
Twyla [T-WHY-luh] (speaking Aberrant capable of shapeshifting between her default form being this after a desire to mimic humans, and her true appearance being this). She is actually just interested to know what humans are and mimics their appearance to "blend in" even though she is an Aberrant and knows she would be hunted down and killed if discovered). Her theme song for sure is this. Her power would be related to stars and/or light. (I'm okay with changing her up a little but keeping the appearance and power of her).
Faryse [FAIR-ease) Wendell [When-DEL] is a gender neutral appearing (considers himself male but has crossdressed numerous times for the hell of it and for undercover missions) captain of the Vanguard and is notable for his acts of sabotage and undercover missions against other countries that the Vanguard may have once been in war with. He power will be related to nullification and he will use a double-sided spear for his weapon. Theme song is this.

So, first off, allow me to thank you for your interest into this roleplay! I'm pleasantly surprised how much interest this rp has gotten.

Now regarding your ideas, I must apologize but the first one will not be allowed unfortunately, the second idea can work just fine with me but there is a couple of things I must bring up:

- First, I am currently not going to be accepting anyone trying to play as Aberrants or Infernos in any sense. Whether or not that will change in the near future is up for question but currently it is not being accepted as Aberrants are an unknown to the people of the world and still a major threat. They are not in any sense an ally in anyway.
Though I will allow something along the lines that through the Vanguard experiments, agents have had their bodies change in different ways due to their gaining of aspect abilities...so it wouldn't be out of the question that a limb like an arm or something would be changed into one of an Aberrant's..but to have an actual character as an Aberrant will not be allowed, I apologize for that.

- As for your second idea, that would all work with me...except for the couple of things that...aside from the commander, agents are not given rank. Their time in the organization and the amount of years they've been apart of it is what gives them superiority over their newer or those that have just not be apart of the organization as long.

- You also state that you would have your agent would have worked to go at war with other countries and such, I apologize but that wouldn't be a thing either. The Vanguard organization was formed through a unity between all the countries to battle against the singular threat of the rifts appearing, if you want to have it so that your agent was originally part of the regular military and fought in wars prior to joining the Vanguard, then you're more than welcome to do so..but the Vanguard organization has never gone up against other countries because their main objective has always been the take down of the threat of rifts only.
 
Alright! I reread the lore and touched myself up on it. I didn't see the lore section until clicking on the CS link. ^-^;;;

I'm definitely more interested after reading up on all of it if you'd have me. I think I am going to combine my ideas with Twyla and Faryse and instead just have Twyla Wendelle who will have done espionage missions before and was invited to the Vanguard.

Nothingness Nothingness and all, what do you think of Eulalia so far? I am going to wait to develop her history. I'd like to 1) make sure she is an acceptable character, 2) develop any relationship she may have with any other characters and 3) be able to better internalize the lore of this roleplay. I decided to write it. But kept it vague enough for some details to be changed if anyone wishes to plot acquaintanceship with Eulalia. Now just have to wait for her to be accepted.

I'd like to also see if Kornelius & Shanta could be added as NPC's? I don't mind them being played by others.

EDIT: I also want to ask if there are any neighboring cities, if we are able to name them & if there are any other languages in the world?
