Okay, I can't take it anymore. I've seen so many pictures here of this one particular girl that I have to ask: what anime is she from? Is she even from an anime at all?

She's from a video game series called Touhou. It's a bullet hell game, and surprisingly fun. I find a day can't pass without me playing it for a half an hour.

Her name is Fujiwara no Mokou. She's the super secret boss of the game I am linking you now.

As much as I want to download it though, I really can't. I've tried Bullet Hells before and they hurt my eyes a lot. So... thanks but no thanks.

That's fair. They're good games but I can't force you to play em. You could always get into the Thuhou music scene though. That won't hurt your eyes.
