Blade is one of very few members of a rare hybrid species called Dragine, combining the power and appearance of dragons with agility of felines. Every Dragine is born with a natural ability to absorb any power they come into contact with, taking that power and using it as their own while still collecting more.
Blade had a mate who was killed by dragon hunters, leaving him to care for their daughter on his own. Deeply scarred by being unable to save his mate, Blade now travels the world, seeking the most powerful opponents in order to make himself the most powerful being in the world, that way nothing could ever harm his loved ones again. His daughter is left with his mother, Ria, though he makes sure to pay her regular visits. Blade keeps his soft side private most of the time, standing with arrogant confidence and openly challenging anyone he thinks would be worth his time. He fights using a mix of raw strength and the powers he's collected over the years, often using his opponent's own power against them, so long as they're not immune. His best friends are Shadewing and Malice.
