Personality: Deceptive and willing to do what it takes to win as instead of seeing something as a life threatening situation he sees it only as one big game, a game that you can win. Despite his gambling addiction he is rather intelligent and attempts to plan things out as much as possible. He is generally friendly towards anyone as long as they don't beat him in a card game, tie with him or reject a request to play a "quick" game.
Background: Card games had always been Jackie's favorite way to spend time, he had watched TV shows about card games, he had played various different TCG based games and nearly all of his time had been spent using cards. When he was in school he had been sent to detention various times due to gambling during lunch. Rarely did he ever want to do anything other than play a card game, in fact during school he had actually made money at local TCG tournies.
At the Age of 21 he had found himself employed as a cardshark at a local casino though was hired only nine months later when he was found to be 'altering' game results. Though despite his termination he still visited the casino on a constant basis eventually developing a mild gambling addiction. He had been chased out of the casino when he was found cheating during a game of poker being exposed to both the cards and the rain he had woken up a week later as he realized he was able to do more with the cards than just use them for simple games.

Ability: Card manipulation - The user can manipulate playing cards, combining them as needed or moving them with telekinesis.
Limitations: Cannot create new cards, Cannot reassign card effects,Cards are just as fragile as normal playing cards.
Drawbacks: Cards are only as accurate as he throws them, Cards must be 'infused' before they can actually be used, with each card use his gambling addiction grows slightly worse.
