Cory is the usual go-to girl if you have a problem. She is fearless, and reckless, and has always lived by her own rules. She feeds on adrenaline, and loves playing pranks on her friends. Somehow, she is still a very caring person, and is always there for people closest to her when needed. Most of the time she is spewing some sarcastic remark and not taking anything seriously, but in only a matter of seconds she can be the most loving person ever. She is kind of like and older sister to Luce, since he was in foster care and the two met when they ran away. Ever since then they had practically been inseparable.

Cory grew up with a messy background. Her parents were both junkies, and she was booted from foster home to foster home until she turned sixteen and decided to run away. She had been living on her own for a while, barely getting by, when she met Luce. He was by himself, and in almost the same situation as her. After the two paired up, they slowly met the other runaways, and they all made a pat to somehow get to California. When they did, they created a life there for themselves. It isn't glamorous, but they are alive.

Over the years he has learned to control it because people always told him he was a cry baby, or that he didn't have real problems.

Jackie is extremely sweet and charming, with an adorable wit. She starts out as quiet, because she's socially awkward and doesn't want to ruin the moments. She's observant of other people, but unaware of herself. She has the initial image of innocence and kindness, but with a hint of mysteriousness and mischief. She is incredibly good humored, and easily takes embarrassment in stride by laughing it off. However, she hides her hurt and sadness through humor. She is not okay with being emotionally vulnerable, which is why she is cautious about delving into romance. Despite hiding her emotions as often as she pleases, she is emotionally driven and will listen to her heart/gut more than her logic (this gets her in trouble in more ways that one). Her humor may lead to teasing, which could unexpectedly lead to some flirting. When they wanted to move when she was 15 she refused running away from them. rumor has it she was an assassin for hire. In reality she was a renegade who robbed places, and lived on the streets.

Born in the southern part of Texas, he was raised with many younger siblings. This was all good and well, until the ranch began to lose money. The siblings left one by one and Nick couldn't stop them, which left him a broken shell. Now strong and reserved he met up with the other runaways as he left the ranch also.

Other~

Completely molded in muscle from the ranch life, he does bring the true statement of strong into the equation. He is the protector of the group, being the first to fight if someone lays a hand on another member. Will never admit it, but he feels he is the father of the group always looking out for the little ones.

Those close to him know this is just an side effect of a brain disorder and meaning nothing malicious by his insults, and his egotism is a coping mechanism. His able to do alot worse if he was actual malicious. He is loyal and quick to help those in need and can be serious and supp0rtive when push comes to shove.

The runaway was poorly planned in terms of money and need of little emotional support from others. He met the other runaways in less then friendly terms when he picked a fight with Luce after a misunderstanding, the issue was resolves thanks to Cory intervention.

Personality~ Ryan is funny, smart, athletic, brave, fun-loving, lighthearted, active, adventurous, selfless, good-hearted, determined, and protective. He is also pretty outgoing and usually only gets mad when someone harms his family or friends. His bubbly and energetic traits really increased once he met the group.

Bio~ Ryan got in the habit of physically fighting other guys during his playground days. They did not bully him, but his friend. All Ryan wanted to do was be like his father when he grew up. He wanted to fight for justice and started at such a young age. Eventually his mother stopped his fighting and was able to clarify that he did not need to fight all the time in order to reach his goal.

According to some of his peers, Ryan was a “saint” due to his good boy behavior. He never intended to resemble such a person. Ryan just wanted to stay out of trouble so that he could avoid the situation his uncle had been in years ago.


Ryan Anderson was an only child of the General of the Air Force and a neurologist. He enjoyed the free plane rides as well as the intense martial arts lessons his father and mother would allow him to partake in. The plane rides and martial arts lessons were ways that his parents attempted to use up his high amount of energy. Anyway, Ryan’s family, martial arts classes, and grades were the only people and things in his mind that mattered at the time. The family was pretty peaceful, almost perfect, until an anonymous death threat was sent to the General. Ryan was rapidly sent to his uncle’s house and left with him. He was only going to stay for a few nights; however, his parents died in car crash two days later and the threats ceased. His uncle ended up trying to raise him. The rich uncle did not mind raising his nephew at first, but started to worry once he received a phone call from his friend. Apparently Ryan’s uncle got involved with underground fighting. He fought a bit, then started betting money on some brawlers. All his fights were lost, and so was his money. He decided to take a chance and beat an undefeated fighter in order to gain a large sum of money. After the uncle won, he was charged by the others of cheating in the fight.


His friend mentioned someone hacking into his account and using up his money. The uncle suddenly had to pay large debts and knew that he could not support himself as well as Ryan. Additionally, threats were being sent to his uncle and himself. Thus, Ryan ran away when he was 16. He went by the underground crowd and decided to join them since he had nowhere else to go and was able to gain some income from the fights. Ryan found that turning to that path was inevitable. Eventually he was able to withdraw from the crowd and run into the group. Once he met the group, he decided to keep a happy and positive mood in order to stray away from his past experiences. He wasn’t proud of his underground involvement, but as a result from not being used to not being as active, he was often hyper around the group.


Other~ Ryan never told anyone of his fighting history.He’s only mentioned to the group that death threats were being sent to him and his uncle. She will get upset if one looks at her and only sees a little girl. She's got a unique way of viewing life and likes to share her wisdom to the world, or at least her fellow runaways. She's smart and hard-working, and knows when it's her time to follow or lead. She's quirky and innocent. Nina likes the little things about people, for she is observant. She can have her shy moments and her confident moments, she is a very balanced girl. She makes her decisions using half of her head and half of her heart. The girl is loyal, trustworthy, and sweet. She dislikes conflict, and sometimes finds herself getting taken advantage of at times, to avoid it. Although it's bad, she's completely aware of it, so Nina is not naive. She spends a great deal of her time trying to please others, and make them happy. Her kindness and silliness are her pros, while her stubbornness, and easiness to get manipulated are her cons.

Bio~


Nina's life before running away was actually fairly good. She was in good relations with her family and older brothers. Then one day when Nina was ten, her oldest brother Ellis got caught doing drugs in his graduating year of school. Heavy drugs. Nina's parents disapproved of this, and had basically disowned Ellis. He wasn't allowed to come back home, or to talk to them. He got cast out into the world with no one there for him. Nina knew what he had done was wrong but she felt that there were better ways to fix his problem than to cast him away. Her parents wouldn't listen though. They were crushed by what their son had done. Then they warned Nina and her other older brother, Kian to stay away from drugs or they'd be disowned too.


They had followed the rules for a good time too. Until one day when Nina was fourteen, she saw Kian doing Marijuana. Eighteen year old Kian begged her not to tell. Nina was torn. She couldn't believe that Kian was following in Ellis' footsteps. After their own parents had disowned Ellis! She feared they would do the same to Kian, and she didn't want to tell. The knowledge of him doing this hurt her though, and she just couldn't stay. She ran away from home, leaving a note saying that life was just too boring and she wanted to have an adventure. She would come back when she was ready, and do NOT come after her otherwise she never will come back. She lied about the reason she left, but she figured it would keep her parents away from her, and hopefully not catch Kian.


She had planned enough, and packed enough to get by for a while, but loneliness soon seeped into her life. She wanted someone's company. And soon, as if a wish came true, she met up with the other runaways. She was glad to be with them, but she would not share why she was a runaway.


Other~


After her brother's episodes, Nina is highly against drugs. While she can tolerate smoking and drinking, she does not like drugs. However, if it did come a time when she caught someone close to her doing drugs, she would not cast them out like her parents had. Ellis and Kian are exceptions.


Nina is afraid of the dark.


She has a very soft heart for animals, and can't stand it when they get hurt.


She likes to write, and daydream. She can be highly imaginative.


She has glasses but doesn't really need them. Only wears them once in a while if she thinks they go with her outfit.

Bio~


Nina's life before running away was actually fairly good. She was in good relations with her family and older brothers. Then one day when Nina was ten, her oldest brother Ellis got caught doing drugs in his graduating year of school. Heavy drugs. Nina's parents disapproved of this, and had basically disowned Ellis. He wasn't allowed to come back home, or to talk to them. He got cast out into the world with no one there for him. Nina knew what he had done was wrong but she felt that there were better ways to fix his problem than to cast him away. Her parents wouldn't listen though. They were crushed by what their son had done. Then they warned Nina and her other older brother, Kian to stay away from drugs or they'd be disowned too.


They had followed the rules for a good time too. Until one day when Nina was fourteen, she saw Kian doing Marijuana. Eighteen year old Kian begged her not to tell. Nina was torn. She couldn't believe that Kian was following in Ellis' footsteps. After their own parents had disowned Ellis! She feared they would do the same to Kian, and she didn't want to tell. The knowledge of him doing this hurt her though, and she just couldn't stay. She ran away from home, leaving a note saying that life was just too boring and she wanted to have an adventure. She would come back when she was ready, and do NOT come after her otherwise she never will come back. She lied about the reason she left, but she figured it would keep her parents away from her, and hopefully not catch Kian.


She had planned enough, and packed enough to get by for a while, but loneliness soon seeped into her life. She wanted someone's company. And soon, as if a wish came true, she met up with the other runaways. She was glad to be with them, but she would not share why she was a runaway.

After her brother's episodes, Nina is highly against drugs. While she can tolerate smoking and drinking, she does not like drugs. However, if it did come a time when she caught someone close to her doing drugs, she would not cast them out like her parents had. Ellis and Kian are exceptions.


Nina is afraid of the dark.


She has a very soft heart for animals, and can't stand it when they get hurt.


She likes to write, and daydream. She can be highly imaginative.
