History:
Topang had a fairly simple childhood, he was placed into the Air cast at the age of three. His matriarchal Guardian Si'Kel was an Sub Etherial, essentially a diplomat. Si'Kel took a great interest in raising him, while not entirely uncommon for segregates, was still some what foreign to most Mangkr who spend the first three years of their lives without any real parental contact.
His early years were spent learning about the empire, the air cast, the Etherials, and how he could further its purpose in serves. He was learned math, reading, history, science, as well as etiquette and hound to conduct ones self with others. When he was 17 he took the Placement exam and placed well enough to land himself a position in the Air cast.
First years in the Air cast was as a sub Etherials assistant. After about 3 years he landed himself a comission as a lower Sub Etherial to one of the major Cities. He would hold this position for the next 5 years before ascending to the Position of etherial witch he would then hold for another 10 years before Being voted High etherial, a position that would be his until death.
