The Tangs: Led by Wendy Tang, an Elite Street Racer and younger Sister of the crew's late leader, Nick Tang. As one of the oldest Street Racing crews in Los Angeles, the Tangs know their way around and take racing very seriously. They do not participate in illegal activities such as Drug Trafficking or Hijackings and have no interest in such. They are only known to participate in Illegal Street Racing, but are not afraid to spill blood in the name of Vengeance. The main source of income is not well-known, even though crewmembers are notorious for using premium upgrades for their Cars. Their signature color is Blue and members are identified by Blue hair dye. They do not have a particular symbol to identify strongly with.

The Annabell's: Led by the elite street racer Vincent James the Annabells were formed in opposition to the Tangs. Despite the young age of the group they have made an impact on L.A in a very big way, making their presence known by performing daring daylight robberies of money jewellery and other things to sell on the black market. They use the money only to improve there cars not there lives. The group is not afraid to spill blood to get what they're after. The members can be identified by a small tattoo of a red cobra seen on their leaders car. They have one mission and one mission only to annihilate the Tangs
