Dragon King question

I don't have any of my books with me, and I wanted to double check the numbers for creating a first age Dragon King... I remember everything about specialties, which ones get which bonuses, and just about everything else that's important. However I don't remember how many points they get in each area beyond starting essence of 3.


So if it's not a problem could someone let me know?

Abilities 35 (10 in Breed and Favored Abilities at least)


Backgrounds 12 (none above 3 without bonus, blah blah)


10 Path dots (at least 5 in Favored or Breed Paths)
